The Eye Site in Copley—formerly known as The Eye Site at Copley Circle—was founded by Dr. Jennifer Hazelwood back in October of 2008. In the beginning, Dr. Hazelwood and her father, Loren Hazelwood (pictured above), were the only two employees! He assisted her in growing the practice to what it has become today. You can still occasionally find him helping out at the office! Since then, the practice has thrived and we now have a full staff and two full-time optometrists.

We have also moved into our new building to help serve you better!
